LIQUID SOLID SEPARATION PIPING LAYOUTS

BTECH can prepare detailed piping layouts for greenfield or brownfield projects. Using 3D software we can do rapid spatial assessments of such layouts which will avoid costly reticulation errors during green fields plant construction. In the case of a brownfield projects, we use state of the art 3D scanning technology to build detailed digital copies of the existing piping infrastructure where such records no longer exist.

LIQUID SOLID SEPARATION PLANT LAYOUTS

Plant layouts are at the front end of each project. Here BTECH works closely with clients to develop the most optimal layout and configuration that will ultimately form the baseline of the project.

PIPING AND INSTRUMENTATION DIAGRAMS

BTECH can develop Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams according to its project scope or where the client has defined a particular process configuration.

3D scanning technology has become an essential tool in the engineering services space. BTECH has successfully completed several scanning projects for clients in the categories of building digital copies of brownfield sites and using this technology successfully for OEM equipment refurbishing.
